PILIH PEMIMPIN YANG BANGUN DARI RAKYAT


Pesta politik calon pemimpin daerah hari-hari ini telah membahana. Slogan demi slogan telah banyak di udarakan. Rencana-rencana, misi dan visi, janji-janji, telah di kumandangkan. Mulai dari harga barang-barang di turunkan, fasilitas pendidikan di benahi, infrastruktur di galakkan, proyek-proyek masa depan di canangkan, hingga sogokan-sogokan kecil berupa uang, mie instan, sandang, papan, dan berbagai tetek bengek lainnya.

Bicara soal pemimpin, apalagi pemimpin yang bagus dan merakyat bagi kita seperti membicarakan sebuah negeri dongeng yang entah berantah dimana keberadaannya. Kita sudah terbiasa apalagi penulis juga telah bosan mendengar sumpah janji setia para pemimpin yang ingin menyejahterahkan rakyat, namun hasilnya hanya bisa dihitung dengan jari.

Menurut fersi penulis, pemimpin yang baik adalah pemimpin yang bangun dari rakyat. Pemimpin tersebut tidak banyak memikirkan apa yang harus di rencanakan untuk membangun rakyat madani, akan tetapi pemimpin tersebut langsung turun tangan mengatasi masalah-masalah yang sedang ada di masyarakat. Pemimpin tersebut secara reflek tidak banyak proses birokrasi, monetasi, dan siklus rapat merapat untuk menghasilkan sebuah keputusan. Apa gunanya seorang pemimpin diberi hak preogratif jika harus melalui proses rapat-merapat yang hasilnya nanti rakyat tetap melarat?

Fakta mengenai pemimpin yang bangun dari rakyat ini tentu hanya sebagian kecil atau bahkan nihil. Namun jika rakyat bersama-bersama membangun integritas untuk memunculkan pemimpin yang bangun dari rakyat penulis kira hasilnya akan baik. Kita sudah mengetahui baru-baru ini ada pemimpin yang benar-benar merakyat seperti yang di maksud oleh penulis.

Pemimpin yang merakyat tentu tidak bisa bekerja sendirian, dibutuhkan dukungan penuh dari rakyat untuk benar-benar membangun masyarakat madani. Masyarakat madani hanya akan tercipta apabila semua elemen-elemen sebuah bangsa bersatu padu mewujudkannya. Penulis kira semua orang pasti telah bosan mendengar dan merasakan program-program elite pemerintah. Tapi nyatanya rakyat mendulang kemelaratan, merasakan kepedihan dan meratapi nasib bangsa yang tidak kunjung stabil ini.

Kesempatan kali ini penulis ingin berbagi harapan, masa depan, keinginan dengan para pembaca untuk mewujudkan bangsa kita ini menjadi bangsa yang sehat akal, stabil kondisi, maju berkarakter, dan nantinya kita akan menikmati keadaan dimana bahagia dan canda tawa dapat kita rasakan di sekeliling kita. Majulah indonesiaku, majulah rakyatku.

RESEP MEMBUAT CAKE MENTEGA KURMA


Cara membuat cake mentega kurma adalah sebagai berikut;
Pertama siapkan bahan-bahan yang diperlukan kemudian ikutilah langkah-langkah yang dijelaskan dibawah ini, selamat mencoba!
Bahan:
  • 200 gr gula pasir
  • 200 gr mentega/margarine
  • 5 btr telur
  • 170 gr tepung terigu
  • 15 gr susu bubuk
  • 15 gr maizena
  • 10 bh kurma, buang biji, potong kecil
Cara membuat:
  1. Kocok mentega dan gula pasir dengan kecepatan tinggi sampai mengembang dan pucat, masukkan telur satu persatu sambil terus dikocok.
  2. Kecilkan kecepatan mikser hingga terendah, masukkan secara bertahap, tepung terigu, susu bubuk dan maizena. Biarkan rata, matikan mikser.
  3. Masukkan separoh bagian kurma kedalam adonan, aduk rata. Tuang adonan kedalam loyang bulat garis tengah 20cm, tinggi 7cm, ratakan. Taburi atasnya dengan sisa kurma.
  4. Panggang dalam oven, suhu 180C selama lk. 45menit, hingga matang.
  5. Sajikan dalam keadaan hangat.

Insurance Strategy

The strategies include:

REPRODUCTION

Why is reproduction?
One question about the living things that no exceptions are living things will die. Life is going to end in a way that is very diverse. An organism may be eaten, probably killed by the parasite, may also die of hunger, or perhaps perish because of natural events such as floods brought dead drifting, burning in lava, landslides. Only a handful of dead organisms because of advanced age.
Therefore, it is clear that life will eventually run out, unless the individual bar uterus being formed. There are two possibilities: the ingredients that are not living somehow becomes life itself; organisms or pieces may break away and become new creatures apart. The first possibility is known as "spontaneous generation" or " be themselves". The second possibility is known as reproductive or breeding.
Let's review the first possibility, is the spontaneous generation. We have seen the beginning of life on earth. Circumstances suggested by Oparin might actually happen in the hundreds of millions of years ago. But it is clear that condition does not occur in our time.
Nevertheless, many people believe that living things can arise from dead matter by way of "spontaneous generation". For example, some people think that a fly can occur from rotten meat; mice arise from ragged clothing; pinworms growing of coconut pulp.
Since the seventeenth century, when Francesco Redi (1626-1698), poet and expert knowledge of the nature, conduct research as described in Figure 16.1, biologists no longer believe in the spontaneous generation of organisms that big.

Asexual propagation
